You didn't get the points you anticipated in a section because you likely didn't answer the question completely. Just because something passes your testing doesn't mean it passes all conditions to make it a proper configuration.
You need to think through the details of the questions which you were presented, and try to figure out what you missed. Keep studying, go over your procedure with a fine tooth comb, and come back strong.

Also, this may go without saying, but it is against NDA to discuss potential areas and specifics where you missed points and what you may have done wrong, so you're not going to get an answer there.
It is up to you and your individual study efforts alone to improve your score. This challenge of acheivement is what makes the CCIE a prestegious certification to hold.
