for some reasons, I am not able to access the web GUI of the subscriber when the publisher goes down. I am aware I cannot perform and changes on the phones and lines once the subscriber becomes active but I am not sure if its at all nromal when I cannot access the web-gui at all when publisher is down
I could SSH into the subscriber and performed a UI password reset, but still it is not working. Hope someone could advise.
