I am trying to configure CDR for CME to an external syslog server . I have searched few online documents and found the necessary configurations as give below.
CME-router #(config) service timestamps log datetime msec localtime
CME-router #(config) aaa new-model
CME-router #(config) aaa authentication login default none
CME-router #(config) aaa accounting connection h323 start-stop radius
CME-router #(config) gw-accounting syslog
CME-router #(config) logging syslog_ip
The device which I am working on is already on TACACS and has the AAA configuration "aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local enable" . So I think, I will not be able to use the aaa authentication login default none command .Could you please let me know how this impact the authentication with external syslog server ?
