Centralized TFTP and CCEM

I have 2, soon to be 3 CUCM Clusters.

i would like to use both centralized TFTP and Cross Cluster Extension Mobility.

It does not appear that i can do that with the built in Cisco tools.

Dos anyone have a design that accomplishes this either using Cisco tools or a third party tool (like F5)?

I don't think that is doable. The visiting cluster will build temporary
TFTP file (altTFTP.xml) which contains home cluster TFTP Server IP and send
it to the phone after successful authentication. I am not aware about a
service parameter which can change this.

I believe you are correct. I am just trying to find out if anyone here has come up with a creative solution to the problem.
