Change extension length BE3000

Hello,

I have the cisco provided .xls file BE3000_install_8_6_4.xls

I would like to change the extension length from 4 digits to 3 digits. I have selected 3 digits in my .xls file. Where do opload this file in the BE3000 administrative interface in order to change the extension length?

Have you already completed the initial config wizard?  That's where the .xls file is provided for ease of configuration.  If you want to change the extension length after running through the initial config wizard without erasing all configuration it should be under the Dial Plan Settings.
