I am trying to lengthen the time that a user has to dial an extension when attempting to transfer using the xfer button. I thought this was the Interdigit short and/or Long time out, but adjusting this via the phone gui has no impact on the duration that the user has to dial something before it times out.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. FYI, modifying the dial plan did not help either.

Are you referring to interdigit timeout? This can be adjusted using T302. T302 impact direct and transfer calls.

Turns out it was the call progress tones(under the Regional tab) I needed to adjust. I had tried changing the dial tone setting, but since I had a new voicemail, it wasn't changing. I needed to adjust the MWI Dial tone.
