Cisco 6021 and 6941 transfer soft key button

Hello,

We recently installed or configured few 6021's and 41's phones and we have noticed that the transfer softkey button is not an option on our phones, can anyone tell me why? I have play with the softkey templates and no help, our ucm version is 7.1.3, thanks

Because the phone has a dedicated button for that.

Welll....java that could explain why?....see I have never seen this phone before so i was clueless.

...we bought this phones for a remote site and i was relying on what the site admin was telling me....thanks for your time!
