My Cisco 7841-3PCC was not working as expected after a ISP upgrade, so I performed a factory reset on the phone. After I performed a factory reset on the phone, The web Configuration Utility refuses to load. and gives me a error with the error code: "Unable to load /basic/init.json?request.preventCache=1727575495656 status: 0". Does anyone here know how to fix this issue?
