Cisco 7925G unable to make a call when entering number and pressing green dial key

Hello All,

i have recently installed 3 Cisco 7925G devices on CME10.5. All devices are registered and able to receive calls, however if you try and make a call by entering the three digit extension number and press the green dial key, nothing happens.... absolutely naff all..

If I press the 'right' menu button and then press select I get dial-tone and am able to make a call... can someone advise where I am going wrong?
