Cisco 7975 Registration Issue

I have a few Cisco 7975's that have to be factory reset in order to register. If they are power cycled they will not register.

I also have several 7962s that do not do this. This issue is limited to the 7975s in the office.

Ive changed the phone loads to a new version to check that to no avail.

Any thoughts?

Edit:

If it helps, here is the debugs for the phone (along with some internal calls being made).

I rebooted the phone to have it fail and not register and then reset the phone, let it pull the phone load, and then operate properly.

All these steps are in the debug.

After TAC being of very little help with this, turns out it was the firmware. We needed to have the 7975 firmware at the same version as the 7962s. Once we did, issue resolve.
