I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’m running CUCM version 12.5 and working with a Cisco 9871 phone. i'd like to customize the softkeys that appear when the phone is on-hook (idle state).
I was planning to modify an existing softkey template to make the changes. However, the available options in the Softkey Template settings don’t seem to match what I’m seeing on the phone. It’s a bit confusing, and I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or looking in the wrong place.
Has anyone had success adjusting the on-hook softkeys for this model on CUCM 12.5? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
