Have you checked https://zadarma.com/support/instructions/cisco/?

The 9971 is not listed there..

Yes but the problem is to access the Phone and configure it

There is no configuration GUI for that device, if you enable the GUI it's going to be a read only GUI and the option to download logs, that's it.

If you want a device with a configuration GUI get a 7800/8800 in the MPP/3PCC variant which are meant to be used with 3rd party call control platforms.

If you want to use that device you'll have to manually format all the xml configuration files the device expects from a Cisco call control, plenty of threads at the community and the internet on the topic you can use as reference.

if this helps, please rate

Please I have no idea as to where to start, please help!

To use a 9971 phone for non-Cisco branded call managers, you will need the following:

  1. A known working SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml configuration file
  2. Firmware of the phone
  3. Dialing plan file
  4. TFTP server to put all the files (1, 2 & 3) in.
  5. Disable NAT
  6. Disable SIP ALG

Do you have any Thread or manual at hand, I use Zadarma SIP and PBX. I dont want another computer running as server, just  setting up the phone for my pbx, is this possible?

Read my previous response.
All the information required to start setting up a Cisco phone for Asterisk/3CX are all there.

Please I have no idea as to where to start, please help!

Please start by reading my first response to this thread.  It is not difficult.  Read it.  Understand it.

Otherwise, find someone who knows.
