Cisco ATA 187 Random Unregister

We are having issues with Cisco ATA 187, that suddenly unregister from our CUCM, and come back again after power cycling them. All of them are registered trough our CUCM Cluster running 8.5. The devices have 9-2-3, and I saw that there is a Special Version that only TAC haves, that resolve a lot of bugs related to stability. I only can download the versions that are on the cisco download section for this devices but not this one.

Will be grateful if anybody can tell me how can I get cmterm-ata187.9-2-3-1-es9.cop.sgn  in order to test in our environment.

Hi Sergio,

The firmware you are referring to is an ES ( engineering special) which only TAC would have access to. You would have to open a TAC case and depending on your entitlement, TAC can provide that firmware.
