I understand that CISCO advise that the default admin login and password is
Username admin Password admin.
However the Cisco ATA 191 supplied to me by BT does not allow me into the device, which suggests that they have configured a different password.
I have a technical support call out with BT to advise the admin login credentials, but I have not received a response from them yet.
Is the only way to default the password on this device to use the RESET hole with a paper clip?
I was wondering if there was a way to default the password without defaulting the configuration which BT have set up?
