Hi,
I have a Cisco IP phone 8845 and I am using cisco hesadset 562 with a standard base. There is a talker echo, which is super annoying. I tried reducing the volume from the phone as well as tried reducing through headset but no avail. It doesn't reduce volume on the microphone.
Any help to this problem is appreciated.
