How to connect a Cisco IP 7970 with Kerio Operator?

I downloaded the Firmware, but it doesn't work. The Telefon makes no self configuration.

Is it the wrong Firmware?

Ok, with this Firmware

it works

but not correctly. When i phone intern (fe. 17), i can't hear the other, but the other hears me. Also on the other side it rings but not in my Handset https://www.dict.cc/?s=Telefonh%C3%B6rer Theres only the Counter on the Display.
