Cisco IP Phone Registeration on Fiber link

Hello,

I have a problem which i cannot understand that there are two building which are connected through Fiberlink on media converter (Gigabit Cable).

Now when i connect Cisco Voip phone it stucks on registering but when i connect near CME to any switch which is connected through ethernet it works fine.

How to rectify this problem

Post the configuration of the switchport interface where the media converter connects to.

 

Does the phone get a valid IP address?  Correct VLAN?
