Hi,
I have got a very strange issue. Some of the Cisco ip phones (generally 7940) are not able to dial mobile phones and 1300 numbers. When they dial internal numbers no problem in that. I will really appreciate if anyone could please share their experience to resolve this.
Using CUCM 8.X
and
Sip router CISCO2911
Thanks
Rohit.

What error are you getting? Have you checked the Calling Search spaces are applied appropriately to these phones?
Are the calls hitting the gateway router? What type of gateway it is MGCP/SIP/H323?
If the call is reaching gateway run the debug voip dialpeer to confirm if its matching any dial peer.

Hi,
what is your PSTN connection, FXO or PRI ?
if it is PRI you can run debug isdn Q931 to check if it reach the PSTN ?
check your dialpeers and calling search space also
