cisco jabber 10.5.2 adhoc able only to 3 members in a conference

hi all

  i have 8 cucm manager 8.6.2-25000 in cluster, i m and presence 8.6 as well

my dn configure to maximum numbers of calls 5 and bussy trigger 1 (works fine from my phone)

i have strange senario with conference threw jabber (control the deskphone only)

when i conference 2 more members with me (3 ) and try to conference one more, the conference button is greyed ,and also cant remove members from conference (button is greyed also)

Whats is the max ad hoc conference service parameter configured to???

8 ad hoc conference is configure!

as i mantion before, from the 7821 phone i can conference 5 people.

from the jabber application only i can conference 3 only.
