Hi All,
I have a problem that the calls from user XXX were shown with wrong display name and vice versa!
This issue was solved but now it's back.
When the user calls I see.
The users have the same last name but different userids.
One of them is an active ldap synchronized user.
The other one is an enabled local user.
I have also performed in cucm ldap synchronize to make sure that everything goes fine.
If the customer goes into Cisco Jabber and finds the specific user it also show wrong display name en telephone number
I have also checked the profiles and associated CSF , also added the correct user id in the device profile information.
They have both closed the cisco jabber client.
however still no success

The problem seems to be resolved nowe.
It was related to LDS and the active directory environment.
