Cisco softphone error

Hi eveyone,

i have configured CUCM 8.5 and 50 CIPC, almost all of them works well but 5 softphones have the problem below:

Invalid SCCP message! : Invalid length = 335544320 - close connection and alarm in future

all  CIPC are configured in the same location. These CIPC get loaded without  any problem but in phone display is only shown hour and date not  extension or soft keys. I have tested in another PC with same info  device, it works. Into CUCM the fail phones are registered.

How could I solve this problem?.

If the same device name works in another PC I would suspect of something related to either the OS or programs they have installed, patches, etc. Start by reviewing that.

Hi friend,

yes, in other PCs the same device name works. I think same, window's firewall has been disabled in these PCs but so far anything has solved this issue, but something strange happen 2 or 3 hours later softphone's display shows right info but shortly after the problem arises.
