Cisco TSP not showing up

I am attempting to do click to dial from Outlook with Unified Communications Manager 6.0 and when I install the Cisco TSP the ciscotsp001.tsp is not showing up. I can install it on my laptop and it shows up but not on the desktops for this company. Does anyone know anything that would interfere or conflict with this showing up?

make sure that you have the latest version of TSP installed on yourmachine, you can download the version of TSP by following the steps below.

Open up Call Manager Web Administration page

Go Application

Install Plugins

Click on Cisco Telephony Service Provider (You can either save the file on your desktop or run it directly)
