Cisco Unified CM 5.X Trunks between clusters

Hello,

I need to connect two separate CCM 5.X clusters. One cluster is located on the West Coast and the other on the East Coast. Connection is MPLS with a 40MS delay between sites. What is a recommended configuration? I have read much documentation but still not clear as I have not done this before.

Is there any configuration that needs to be added to routers other than QOS for voice?
