CISCO WIRELESS CP-840 stucked on start picture

Hello all,

I have an issue with the wireless phone CP-840. After some time in use, the phone is stuck on the start-up screen (see image attached)

I tried to re-start, empty the battery but nothing work.

Can anyone have a solution pls ?

I found myself the issue : if the phone is under 10% of battery, it is blocked to the start image.
