My UCM 6.1.4 publisher is sending serverity 1 alerts to Ciscoworks because it thinks we are low on device license units. I guess low is a subjective term, because I don't think it is low. The available DLUs is low on a percentage of the total, but since we are fully implemented, I don't have a need to have a large number of available DLUs.
Is there a way to eliminate this alert, or change the level at which it sends the alert? The alert I receive is:
CCM_LICENSEMANAGER [ -JAVAAPPLICATIONS- ] | 1 | CiscoLicenseApprochingLimit | License units consumption approaching its authorized limit Reason:LicenseFeature=2,LicAvlbl=16582,IncludingOverdraft=17037,LicUsed=16026 App ID:Cisco License Manager Cluster ID: Node ID:toc-ucm-pub |
I found the alert definition that allows me to add my own text, but I can't figure out how to eliminate it.
Thanks,
Robert
