If its intemitently not working I would collect WD, CTI, CUCM and c2C logs
then open a TAC case to verify configuration and traces in case it fails?
questions to ask and get a response _before_ open a TAC case with us:
- C2C version
- Dialing from Outlook? how are you dialing?
- CUCM version
- phone model and version
- Any Firewall installed?
- how are you connecting? wireless, vpn, etc?
- any pattern?
- all phones, just 1, just 1 PC?
- PC model and OS version
