CME 9.1 Phones

Dears,

7942 phones gets registered on CME 9.1 but missing files as per the attached.

i have not extract complete CME pack in the router i have downloaded the pack (cme-152-4Mv1 ) from cisco website only for upgrading 3905 loads these are working fine but for 7942 attached error.

cme-152-4Mv1  which i downloaded is a rar file and not a tar how i can convert rar to tar, i have seen the conversion tool on google but is it the only way the cisco is preferring.

cme doesnot provide ctl/itl , are you using secure cme ?

No I am not sure how can i check this??

I don't have any as such USB dongle that we use for CUCM on ucs server.
