Hello,
I am using a Cisco 9971 IP phone with CME UC540W Version 12.4(24r)SB and trying to get to the "phone services" menu inside the phone. The problem is that whenever I click the "phone services" button in the settings menu, the only option that appears is "Afterhour Login" to which I click, and enter every possible pin I have or know of, and nothing gets through.
I am looking for a way to either:
- Remove the pin entirely
- Figure out what the pin is
- or change/assign the pine
It is worth noting, I tried doing this as 1:00 PM, the middle of the day, so I have no idea how it thinks it is "after hours"
