CMR K-Factor MLQK differ for different Ip Phone Models

Hello guys,

I have 7821 and 9951 phones.

CUCM are generates different varVQMetrics for different Ip Phone models.

For example in this output you can see 7821 phone varvqmetrics.

In this screenshot you can see 9951 varvqmetrics. I used same gateway and dialed same number. Only phone and dn is different.

Lastly, If I make a call between this phones, I mean 7821 and 9951, output will be like this.

Actually we just wanna see same varVQmetrics for all phones but apparently 7821 phones different output for varvqmetrics.

And we want to report calls in terms of MLQK value.

What do you think guys ?

Regards,

Baris.

The 7821 doesn't support K Factor (see Table 2 Devices That Support K-factor (varVQMetrics) in CMRs). This is likely why you are seeing discrepancies between the models.

Hello Pkinane,

I saw that list but also 9951 phones not on the list but they support k-factor.

Is there any other list for newest phones ?

What do you think ?
