Collect serial numbers of IP phones

I want to collect the serial numbers of all IP phones connected to CCM5.13

It seems CU Operation Manger can help. Can anyone share their experience ?

To get IP Phone serial numbers, you can try using CCMPhoneInventory, may be you can download from here:

Also, I heard about Serial Grabber. You can search at Google and download it.
