Hi,
I have a problem when I do a conference.
I've all the phones in the same region G711 and the same MRGL (Software and hardware), but when i try to join the 3 phones the call drop.
The CFB are registered in the sub.
Any ideas?
Regards
Pedro

Pedro,
Have you looked at the application log when you attempt to create the
conference? Errors with media resources would be recorded in the app log.
Try to narrow down the issue. Create MRGL that offers only SW resources and
test. Create MRGL that offers only HW resources and test.
Any CAC configurations in place?
Have you reviewed traces (Detail level)? If not. Put phones and CFB on
same sub. Test and capture/post traces.

Bill

OK, the phones talk G711 between them. But have you checked the CFB is also set to speak G711 with them or is it in the same region as phones?
If this is the SW CFB have you tried restarting the IPVMS?

Hi java,
Yes all regions are in G711. I try to use only SW CFB and only HW CFB with the same result and i've restart the CUCM.
More ideas?

Pedro

Hi,
It was my mistake I forgot to put an ip address in f0/0 on cmm.
interface FastEthernet1/0
ip address 10.100.99.3 255.255.255.255
no ip proxy-arp
full-duplex
!
interface GigabitEthernet1/0
ip address 10.100.99.1 255.255.255.0
no ip proxy-arp
no negotiation auto
no keepalive
!
