How can I configure the CUCM to Farward all the Calls that coming to DN 2000 to another Mobile number after working hours ?

You don't mention what you use, so let's assume it's CUCM. You ALWAYS need to mention what you use (and version) when asking for help, answer depends on that.
Simply use TOD for such purpose.
If you're not familiar with TOD a quick search on CSC will provide you with links and videos on how to configure it.

I'd like to configure it on both CUCM8.6 and CUCME .
What does TOD stand for and CSC too ?

TOD = Time Of Day routing
CSC = where you're posting your questions, Cisco Support Community
