Hello,
I'm having intermittent issues with hookswitch between CP-7841s and Jabra Pro 9470 headsets. If the headset is undocked and being worn when a call comes in, and you answer the call from the 7841 you do not get the call in the headset for upwards of 15-20 seconds. If you answer the call from the headset base or the button on the headset itself, the call is passed to the headset immediately. Due to the fact that it always seems to work fine when hookswitch is engaged from the headset side, Jabra support is stating it's a problem from the phone side. Hookswitch is enabled, so I know it's not that. Reseating cables and resetting the base/phone doesn't help.
We are running CUCM 11.0 and the phone load is sip78xx.10-3-1-12
