CUCM 6.1 Personal Directory Query Logon

Hi, Does anyone know whether it is possible to make the Personal directory Logon ID numeric only - as oppose to the Alphanumeric when logging on. Ihave been able to change this for extension mobility but not for the personal directory.

Or is there a way of removing this requirement to logon and entering straight into the Personal directory. We use EM so the user has already logged on once.
