Headend = CUCM 7.1
Remote Site: Cisco 2811 ISR configured via MGCP
2811 ios version = c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-22.T.bin
Cisco 7931G is displaying "WAN-DOWN SRST MODE", however CUCM shows that this phone is registered. 7931 shows that the CUCM is "ACTIVE" and that SRST is "Standby".
