We have a client using a normal analog phones (same standard phones we use at home). It currently patched in a VG224 patch panel registered to CUCM 7.1 SCCP. My client wants to extend the No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) to 30 but doesn't take effect after constant "Applies" and "Resets" on the line.
When I test the same on a Cisco 7940/7970 IP Phone, it works perfectly fine. The phone rings for the number of seconds then goes to voicemail as expected.
Any work around to getting the non Cisco phone working?
When I change the partition on the line and then change it back, the No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) works but only for awhile, the issue returns.
