CUCM 7.x, IP Phone 7965 and TFTP error

Hello,

we have a CUCM 7.x cluster and some IP Phones 7965; the phones are in a remote network.

We are trying to update the firmware of the phones, but we receive this TFTP error (taken by RTMT):

07/07/2011 16:44:00.330 TFTP|TID[a9eeeba0] TFTPEngine::CheckStaleRequests(),[0xa0e12c0~320~<IP Address of IP Phone>~50380] Aborting after [1] Retries. Socket[27] Serving File[SCCP45.9-2-1S.loads] Initial Packet#[1]|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::ciscocm1><LVL::Error><MASK::0004>

The same model of IP Phone, in the local network, upgrades fine.

What's wrong?

Hello,

we have solved the issue.

There were problems on the switches, which caused a lot of lost packets and a low MOS.

By reloading the switches, everything started to work correctly.
