CUCM 8.6 UCS change ip paswword doesn't work

I have a CUCM 8.6.2a running on a UCS 220 for some reason the ip address went blanc at some point after install, when I reset it it took restarted then I couldn't get back into cli. 

Nothing worked, Has anyone seen this,.

It is easy to delete and recreate however seems weird,,

You have ot set IP to install so I am not sure why it ended up empty.

It was 8.6.2-2000

Hi,

can you ping the CCM ? while installing the CCM, it validate the network and check connectivity. if there is issue with network the installation stops.
