Hello,
we would like to implement a sort of auto attendant on a CUCM 8.X.
Our need is the following: during the business hours, if I call a certain number, for example 200, a group of telephones ring.
Outside the business hours, if I call 200, I hear an audio message that informs that the offices are closed, and the business hours are....
Is it possible, natively with only the CUCM? If not, what is possible with the help of an IOS router?

No, that's not possible with CUCM alone. CUCM is not an IVR.
You would need to use the CUCM AA (which requires a separate server with UCCX in order to install it), Unity or CUC.
In IOS you can do TCL scripting and most likely you can do that.
