I am integrating CUCM version 8.0.3.21900-8 with ASC EVOIP recorder version 10.
The problem is I am finding many calls with zero duration in the recorder, and really these calls aren't zero duration.
Someone know what is happening?

Hi,
Do you have region configuration. If yes.. do you have trnascoder registered to invoke for recording call leg.

Hi,
I have region configuration, but I think we aren't using transcoding because recorder uses G.711 and G.729.
