CUCM Integration with Cisco Unity Connection Issue

Dear All,

I am running cucm 8.5 and cisco unity connection 8.6.

I have integrated the cucm with cu successfully.

But i dont know due what reason i couldnot see all the ports registerd in cucm and cu

only 2 ports are showing registered on both sides

i have uploaded the license as well

Please find attached screen shots from cucm and cu inorder to have a better understanding of the issue

please feel free to ask me any question

Please guide what could be the possible reasons for this issue and how we can solve it

Hi Malik,

In the Phone System,how many ports u have added? Licnse snapshot shows u have got 16 ports .

Please check in TELEPHONY INTEGRATIONS--Phone system

If possible,please send the snapshot
