CUCM softkey for conferencing

Hi All,

I am using CUCM 6.1, I configured MeetMe conference with one number. In softkey template, there is confList and RmList softkey. when I initiate meetme conference then participants join to conference, I can not use confList and RmList softkey and when I press them it says: "key is not active"

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

those only work with ad-hoc conferencing, not with meet-me. that's why you get that message and that is expected.

Thank you very much for your reply, but it is not good to not support those buttons, even those buttons in CME are working great!!!!!
