Cucm subscriber network connectivity issue

Hello,

We have cucm 12.5 and one of our subscribers losses network connectivity randomly for 2 or 3 minutes. Rtmt alerts show others subscribers in other sites and Voice gateway loose connectivity with that subscriber. Our network engineer doesn't see any issue on the network. Is there any free network monitoring tools or commands on call manager that can let me know where the connectivity issue is at which I can set for weeks without causing high cpu or memory on server?
