Custom Keypad Mapping Sub Menus

Is there any way that we can remove the "Record your greeting" after pressing "5" on the keypad when trying to FWD a message?

I can go to the Custom Keypad Mapping tool but I can't see any sub-menus under the "After Message" tab.

We are using Unity 7.1

Hi,

You can try untick "Don't voice ation in menu" in  Custom Keypad Mapping tool > after message Menu or there is an un-supported way in below link:
