Hello, I'm a new Cisco user. I'm trying to tell my SPA501g to ring in different ways using Alert-Info in sip header.
I tried with these kinds of string:
n=Classic-2
Classic-2
n=Classic-2;
Classic-2;
n=2
2
but there is no way to play the right ringtone. Using a data sniffer I could see the "Alert-info: n=Classic-2" so the request is sent but seem that the phone doesn't interpret it in any way.
Is this a my configuration problem or a firmware bug?
In the admin guide i couldn't see any particulare setting for the alert info header.
I'm using the last firmware version (7.4.8a from cisco.com)
