Hi experts,
Is there a way to customize ringback tones on phones in CUCM 10.5 or CUE?
We have a customer who wants to hear an audio just before the operator answer the call, they doesn´t want to hear ringback tones.

No, there is no way to have anything besides ringback before a call is answered, the only alternative would be to create a call flow for every user that involves CUC, CUE or UCCX so that it actually handles the calls, plays MOH, and then transfers the call to the called party.
If this is just for one user, you could use the queuing feature in CUCM to have the calls stay there while the operator is busy.

The queuing gives ringback when transfered to users?
