Hi All,
Is it possible to customize the ringback tone heard by the calling party in CUCM for internal calls?

The ringback tone on the IP phones is hardcoded into the firmware and is non-customizable.
Generally for PSTN connectivity this is generated by the telco and wouldn't be alterable as well.
