CXN 7x Remote Port Status Monitor and Calling Party Number?

I can press 9 inside a user’s mailbox after listening to a voicemail and hear the caller’s ANI.

How come I can’t see the caller’s ANI in the Remote Port Status Monitor output? Bug?

I couldn't find any defect related to this. Here are a couple of things you could try

1. Use RTMT and see if ANI is reported

2. If 1 is yes, try the latest release of Remote Port Status Monitor - http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/PortStatusMonitorCUC7x/PortStatusMonitorCUC7x.html
