Hello ,
Lately we experience delay problems .
For example when I hang up the phone it take the phone a few seconds until the call actually disconnect or when I answer
calls I hear ringback for few seconds before the call actually connect .
It happend randomally in all the phones .
The customer installed cisco edge 340 in the network and when he connects them for the first time
all the ipcc agent reset . As of right know there are 5 of the working .

Hi iptsupport,
for a first step ... check in 'RTMT > System Sumary', for any performance issues, like CPU for example.
Did you find any issue there?

Cpu and memory are low .
The proccess messaging interface is down in PUB.
In system logs I can see this error :
: SELinux is preventing access to files with the label, file_t. For complete SELinux messages. run sealert -l b1b593ba-d6ec-40b8-8d55-4813d787f162

Hello,
High CPU/ Memory causes this, kindly get the Event Viewer (application and system logs) through RTMT ( Trace & Log Central > Collect Files > Next to go to the 2nd page > check both "Event Viewer-Application Log" and "Event Viewer-system Log" of the server where the phones are registered.

did you double check your Switch configuration? In other words, could be a delay caused by the network (as soon as the CUCM's CPU is OK)?
