disable 7912 keypad lock feature

Is there any way to turn this off completely?

I have a customers using this on a UC520 that would like this turned off.

Can you advise how you can lock the 7912 keypad? Any document you can refer to?

I searched the document and am not sure if this "7912 keypad lock feature" is available on Cisco 7912 ip phones.
